HELICOPTER MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE TRACKING

• The Robinson check list is used for your inspections. Value Added:  ASI also uses the approved check list and repair manuals for your engine and accessories.
•  ASI keeps a detailed spread sheet of all calendar, hourly maintenance item, SB’s, AD’s, static system and transponder checks required for your aircraft. Value Added: By just updating your hobbs time and date we can tell you all items needing attention in just a couple of minutes. This saves you money by not having to research your needs each time you contact us.

ADDITIONAL HELICOPTER SERVICES

• T&P Aero Refinishers and ASI have a special partnership to get your helicopter refinished from rotor blade painting to complete custom refinishing of your helicopter
• ASI works with APR Aviation and other preferred vendors for your radio and pitot-static needs
• ASI would be happy to detail your helicopter inside and out as well as service your air conditioner
• ASI is equipped with the Sunnan Hone system to hone out the Lycoming valve guides if needed (complying with Lycoming SB)
• ASI performs all Robinson inspections as well as 12 year/2200 hr
• ASI strongly recommends using one of JPI’s engine monitoring systems for proper analyzing of your engine  operations which reduce your down time maintenance expense. (ASI is a JPI instruments dealer and installer)
• ASI works with all insurance companies for you repairs
